The primary bedroom suite is quite large and has an adjoining sitting room with a gas fireplace and built-in bookshelves in addition to a 5 piece bathroom with a large soaker tub and a with a large walk-in closet. Two other bedrooms are on the second level. The basement features another large bedroom suite. The full bathroom in the basement has two pedestal sinks and a walk-in closet.

The property has a 2-car attached garage for parking.

Located near the Interlocken complex you would have great access to the Boulder Turnpike making commutes to Boulder or Denver fairly easy. The Rocky Flats National Wildlife Refuge and Colorado Hills Open Space are nearby and offer great trails, wildlife viewing, and a large off-leash dog park. You would also be just a few minute drive to the Flatirons Mall where there are lots of dining and entertainment options.

*If approved, a lease preparation and administration fee of 15% of one month's gross rent is required.
*Refundable security deposit equal to 85% of one month's gross rent is required.

TENANT QUALIFICATION CRITERIA
*Total gross income of at least 2X monthly charges for an individual applicant. For applications with more than one unrelated applicant over the age of 18, each applicant must qualify separately with an income of at least 1.5X monthly charges per applicant. You will need to submit proof of income at the time of application submission.
*670+ credit score is required.
*Applicants may be considered with credit scores below 670 with an added reoccurring Marginal Credit Score Fee of 1/12th of monthly rent. Approved applicants can resubmit credit information if credit score is improved to 670+.
*Co-Signers will not be considered to fulfill any qualification requirement.
*No more than 3 unrelated parties are allowed.
