Downstairs master bedroom with full bath. 3 bedrooms upstairs with updated full bathroom. Speakeasy with hidden entrance. Has 2 car garage and additional parking. There is a fenced-in yard, which is fully maintained (lawn care, landscaping, etc) by the HOA. Outdoor patio with string lights. Washer/Dryer included in unit.

No smoking. Trash pickup & sewage bill included in monthly rent. Tenant responsible for other utilities. Applicants are required to complete a rental application and authorize a $35 credit and background check (refundable if tenant is accepted).
