 with a two fully furnished bedrooms (can use one room as the living-room) , a private full bathroom and a 250 sf furnished terrace right next to the studio on a charming golf course with amazing views (you're paying for the fantastic view and terrace access, location, very unique).
The studio is fully furnished with queen bed mattress, 55" TV, dresser, art work, bookshelf, etc. (You can have your own separate entrance as well).

There's no kitchen but a small fridge, coffee maker, microwave and an electric kettle is provided. A barbecue grill can be provided on terrace next to the suite. (Can share the kitchen for an extra fee if everything works out)

A SINGLE FEMALE professional tenant is preferred. Ideal for a quiet, busy professional who works in office or for traveling nurses.

This is a very quiet and safe neighborhood. A resort living at its best. There's also access to the community pool and hot tub and picnic table near golf course. Laundry is located on the terrace next to the studio. Plenty of Free parking on the dead-end quiet street.

The suite is 5 min drive from ocean. Many nice beaches and resorts & restaurants within 10 min drive. There's also a gym in 10 min walking distance with swimming pool and tennis courts. Laguna beach and Dana points are 10-15 min drive.

Gas, Electricity, Water, Internet is included in utilities for an extra fee.
