Very patient and kind and specializes in working with gifted and advanced students! Parent liaison Ms. Volley is always available for resources I can use at home to help my child, and shes really friendly. The leaders of the school set the tone. The Principal keeps parents informed of changes and things we can do at home to help the students. She is really vested in the school and her passion shows! "I’ve lived here in Rex for 25 years. The area is safe and neighborly. There’s a nice local park that is clean. There are other rec centers in the area as well. The public schools in the area aren’t the best though. "

"My neighbors are wonderful and I’m close to the Rec Center. I feel safe going outdoors at night. I really love it here. It’s quiet and everyone waves and speaks. I tripped one evening and three cars pulled over to help me up. This a great place to raise children and the kids around here are so sweet. This is a great community and ethnically diverse. "

"Neighbors don’t pay attention on their dogs, they only put their dogs outside and I was victim of attack outside of my own house in the front yard. 3 dogs attack me. And I have called to animal control like 4 times because very often I see dogs on the streets making disorder in the neighborhood."

"We need our neighbors driving on limit. Speed limit is 25 inside the neighborhood but we have some little crazy exited neighbors that they drive so fast as 40. Also we have stop signs but people don’t respect them. "
