It's a big room with its own bathroom and shower. You also get access to the kitchen, living room, rumpus room with fireplace and ping pong table and huge backyard with fruit trees and seating and all. Park in the driveway. Quiet, nice neighborhood.

In the house are me and my labrador. I work a lot and when I have friends over, it's quiet and usually over by nine or ten. I would like someone I can be friendly with, but I will respect your privacy.

It's $1000 + utilities. Must have a GOOD CREDIT. You will need to pay for a credit & background check through Zillow. First and last deposit is $2000
