"We are off a main road kind of like a hidden drive, not a lot of traffic! All older homes in the area with owners of homes having grown up in them and now own them."

"it's a nice place for the most part, nice restaurant, traffic pretty good until Notre dame football home game, "
  • Joshua B.
"It quite and dog friendly. Safe for my son. Close to my friends and family. Close to my work. "
  • Hoytie
"A lot of people leave their dogs outside to bark and bark for hours. Children scream the entire time they’re playing outside. Sometimes they come into your yard as no one has taught them to respect privacy and property. The houses are about an inch apart from each other giving no privacy unless you build a privacy fence around your entire property. Houses are overpriced for the area considering everything I noted above. If you like screaming children and dogs barking, or maybe you would like to contribute to the annoyance, Mishawaka is for you. "
  • Richard H.
"I live close to downtown and the Riverwalk is practically right across the street so pretty good location"
  • Cdettlin
"we have a neighborhood watch and meetings too. we also have a neighborhood chair who send us emails about happenings in the area. the neighborhood is a quiet one where kids can play and ride bikes on the streets without lots of traffic around . its convenient to grocery and other stores around the area. lots of kids in the neighborhood to play with and the school system is very close as well."
  • Deanna
"apts. not unique..but expensive...rather have a house..cant afford that either....just hard to live."
