About this House

Set up a tour and find your new home in Long Beach, CA! This beautiful upstairs remodeled apartment has a new kitchen, custom cabinets, lighting and fixtures throughout. All kitchen appliances are stainless steel, the counters are new quartz and the sink is stainless steal with a high arch faucet. Flooring is newer grey hardwood with carpet only in the bedroom. The bathroom has a new vanity and lighting along with a large shower with a tub. This building is gated and monitored by security cameras. This building has been freshly painted and constantly maintained with a shared courtyard and storage. Pets are welcome with an additional deposit and monthly pet rent. Utilities are not included as we use Ratio Utility Billing for water and sewage. It is located 2 blocks from shopping, dining and entertainment in the 4th Street Corridor. Pick in this area is available by Circuit and it is easy to get to all areas of the East Village and Downtown Long Beach. Cal State Long Beach students would find themselves a 15 minute drive and easy access to transportation. Belmont Shore also is only 2 miles down the road. Applicants cannot have any bankruptcies, record or evictions.

Pets are welcome! Utilities are not included as we use Ratio Utility Billing for water and sewage. Street parking only but a garage or open space is available for an extra fee of $350 dollars per month. This is a non-smoking building. Income to be 3 times the rental amount, income verification, rent verification and credit check ($40 fee) for everyone over the age of 18 will be required. 700 or above credit score.
