Appliances included: microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher and Samsung glass top oven. HVAC has been recently serviced.

Rented lot is very big. Front yard is shaded. Large front deck. Back yard backs up to a wooded area. Water and septic is included in lot rent.

If you want to remain in the park, you will need to submit an application to the park owners. Park owners are great to rent from.

Enjoy being minutes from the city life, beach and base.
