HOA poorly organized, don't follow processes and procedures and make up rules as they go along. generally good maintenance of landscape, roads, etc. love our community volleyball, bball, pool etc which attracts our youth. lots of dogs and walkers. inadequate off street safe walk areas. speeders are allowed to blast through the neighborhood. "
