    "There are few people who have dogs so walking them and encountering others won’t be an issue. Those you do encounter are very friendly, I’ve never met a mean dog in this neighborhood. Be aware of having small dogs and leaving them unattended, sometimes you can hear owls at night and see hawks in the day. As birds of prey, your small dog or any small pet may not be safe if left alone. These birds will usually leave your pets alone if you are outside with them. "

I was cutting a tree down in my backyard and and my neighbor literally jumped the fence to come help me. It was a three day project and he was there every day to help. Nicest guy I ever met!"
