BRIEF DESCRIPTION: This spacious home is located in a desirable area with lots of windows bringing in natural light! A nice fenced backyard with a patio is a dream for enjoying your evenings or morning coffee breaks. Beautiful stained concrete floors span the lower level. As you ascend to the second level of the home, you will enjoy tall and abundant windows letting in great natural light. Step outside to the roof top deck and take in the beautiful views of the Bridger mountain range. Here you will find patio furniture for cocktail hour or to soak up some sun.

LIVINGROOM: The living room is cozy with a sitting chair and ottoman along with a couch. A flat screen television can be found inside the wood armoire.

BEDROOMS|BATHROOMS: The master suite is located on the lower level complete with a big walk-in closet, an ensuite bathroom with a tiled walk-in shower and his and hers sinks. The master bed is a queen and enjoys patio window views of the back yard. A powder bathroom is located just down the hall. There are two bedrooms on the second level with a shared full bathroom located just off the hallway with a tub/shower combo. The first bedroom has a full- size bed and comfortable furnishings. The second bedroom has a full-size bed and a television. There is also an office with a desk and two computer monitors for those needing to get some work done.

KITCHEN\DINING: The kitchen is fully equipped for everything the chef in your group will need to prepare meals. There is a dishwasher, electric stove/oven, coffee maker, a french press, and a full selection of dining and serving ware. The dining area features a round table with seating for 6. There's a BBQ outside for grilling.

You'll find lots of books throughout the home for browsing.

NEARBY ACTIVITIES: Besides hiking, biking, and skiing there are neighborhood walking trails nearby and a park just a few blocks away. You're just 18 miles from Bridger Bowl Ski Area and a few more from Crosscut Cross-Country Ski area. There is fishing on the nearby East Gallatin and main Gallatin Rivers, horseback riding, rafting, and everything that the fun town of Bozeman has to offer. Yellowstone National Park is 90 miles from the home.

TOWN/AIRPORT: You are only 15 minutes from Bozeman's Main Street and a short 7 mile drive from the Bozeman Yellowstone International Airport.
