Upstairs is the living room, dining area, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1-car garage, and the laundry room. Downstairs is a large living/family room, an office/den, and a second bathroom. Rent includes water, sewer, and yard care. Tenants are responsible for electricity, garbage, and TV/internet, if desired. One small or medium sized dog is possible on a case-by-case basis with additional $500 refundable security deposit and $50 per month in pet rent. First and last months rent, $2,500 refundable security deposit and $300 non-refundable carpet cleaning fee are required. We are looking for responsible, long-term tenants with good rental references or mortgage payment history and verified monthly income of at least three times the rental price per month. We screen all adult applicants, at applicant's cost, $50 per adult.     "This area is a fairly quiet place to live. The area is far enough away from downtown to not be congested, but close enough to be convenient to all major shopping on Washington ST. There is a local neighborhood park nearby, and although Fifth Ave is used as a shortcut to Sequim AVE, it's manageable. Really, this area is okay for anyone, but they should be open minded for young families and/or families with young children as the area seems to have quite a few."
