About this House

Fairfax North Townhomes are located off of Coburg Rd, behind Monroe Middle School.
We are also near all the varied shopping and restaurants of Oakway Shopping Center, but is nestled just far enough away to allow for a quiet atmosphere and light traffic.
There are washer/dryer hook ups and an attached one car garage.
The bedrooms and full bath are upstairs and the livingroom, diningroom, kitchen and 1/2 bath are downstairs.
A sliding back door that opens up to a spacious grassy area with semi private privacy fence.
We do the yard work for you.

Month to month lease
$35 application fee per adult
$200 reservation deposit which is deducted from deposit once approved, if not approved it is refunded.
We charge $18 a month for garbage. No utilities are included.
No pets.
