About this House

Vintage apartment with updated bathroom and windows. Right off of five points near Casa Pantera and Lovebuzz. Complex with good people, just looking to add someone new to our community.

The apartment has a minisplit in the bedroom and one for the living area. It also has an extra room that can be used as an office. Please note no laundry at the property or stove. Just have an electric cooktop, so def a spot for someone that does not cook too much.

Owner pays water, tenant is only responsible for electric.

    "I work a half hour away, but access to the freeway is very close by. Traffic is not bad most days at specific times. Easy and quick to get home once off of the freeway. "

    "Good sidewalks help in dog walking but one drawback is the number of feral cats. They are every where. On occasion there are loose dogs as well which makes for an interesting walk. "
