  • Wg2vrrnrtd
"4th of July get very neighborly sometimes the street is closed and a block party is created for the neighborhood "
  • Gpt28g8pgd
"I leave near the area a couple blocks down . We do our walks in the morning and in the evening it’s a very pretty neighborhood, and safe neighborhood "
  • Sally S. loving Morrison Park
"I moved here in 2009. Super clean and very safe neighborhood. I have never had any problem with anyone coming to the door or any kind of stealing here or even door ringers! I just built an inground pool this last summer. Love it. Plan on staying here forever! Am single now there are several other single peole here. It is good area with a mix of all kinds and all very upstanding and helpful. I recommend it to families especially. good place to have children. Lots of family activities and mixers with the Morrison Park association very friendly folks. I am thinking about trying to get a singles mixer going just to see if there is an interest. Work from home. Convenient to freeways which actually is a plus! I have heard many years ago on Bristol there was a very rough apt complex and it is now beautiful homes gate guarded. None of that kind of thing now. If you read differently, I would be to differ."
  • M2khfdrf9s

  • Alejandra M.
"No a bad community since is very close to south coast plaza and it’s located in the city limit. I definitely feel safer living here that I probably would living farther down in the city. "
  • Glojacobo
"There is A museum is close by. There are Many walking distance locations . It’s pretty quiet in this part of town "
  • Matv70
"Our community has a lot of dog owners. We re all responsible and kind to one another. Sadly there Is the occasional pet owner who won’t pick up after their dogs "
  • Matv70
"Since we’re near 5, 22 and 57 freeway. It’ s great for commuting anywhere to Orange County, Los Angeles County or Riverside County."
  • Joseph R.
"Freeway less than 1 mile away. Close to shopping and schools. However, the schools are rated poorly! "
  • Ahmed M.
"It's an Ok neighborhood, I don't mind living here but you gotta be careful what part of Santa ana you stay at"
  • Joseph R.
"Many people walk their dogs here... the City doesn’t Center median’s sidewalks and curbs. In one day I reported 50 graffiti locations on a two mile walk. This location is Expensive because it’s near South Coast Plaza on the City of Santa Ana side. The elementary junior high and high school suck. The School district is rated very low within the state of California. As soon as my children are old enough to understand school we are moving. "
  • Salvadorlupercio20
"Bike trail access for all dog lovers in the community where you can have dogs walk and have accessibility if homes have small backyards"
  • Luis D.
"Ever since i was a kid its was horrible to live then in my high school days it went ok to live here now its still ok but when we need to go out to the stores or something we all go together .. the sad part there are good homeless people that are actually nice."
  • Jazmin .
"Parking is difficult and theft is an issue here. Security is very lax so you have to keep vigilant. There are a number of kids in the area"
  • Courtney N.
"There is a misconception of Santa Ana being a bad city to live in but you have to be aware of your surroundings just like any other city. There are good and bad parts, though the culture and development in Santa Ana is thriving. "
  • Ceewiss
"Nice neighborhood, lots of schools parks and friendly people, surrounded by malls , markets, freeways and restaurants."
  • Avery W.
"A great area to raise a family. It is an up and coming neighborhood. Close to downtown and 4th street market. "
  • Godinezpeter55
"Quiet neighborhood to live in and safe for couples with children in this neighborhood!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"
