"I've been living here for 14 years and me and my neighbors love it here, my children are being raised here we sometimes go out at night and cookout like I'm doing while I'm writing this, I don't think I have been in a better neighborhood, I'm 56 years old and I have been in Charlotte NC all my life."

"I've been living here 16 years and I love my neighbors some of my neighbors are great friends they have seen my daughters grow up and when my wife passed away they rallied around us and helped us in our time of mourning and I couldn't ask for better neighbors. "

"Well within walking distance of grocery stories, Walgreen's and CVS. You can also walk to a few fast food joints. With 5 minute drive of both I77 and I 85. 15 - 20 minute drive to downtown Charlotte. Love it here."

"We know each other and we look out for each other, meaning we know what kind of car each of us have and if a strange car or people come here and we don't know who they are we call the police. we do that after we call the neighbors to make sure"
