What a fantastic home and location in Southern Hills! Children can walk to Wilder and Glendale, and Pershing is just a mile away!     "I'm living here from a year now. It has been a great experience so far. I really liked the environment around here. People are so nice in the neighbourhood. My heat went out during snow storm and I called the mentainance, tghey fixed it in few hours even on the weekend, I was thinking they gonna take few days. The pool is really nice to have a relaxed evening in the pool on weekends. It was so easy to work with getting leased and renewing it again. "
