A Very clean One story home with 4 bedrooms and 2 full baths. This home is located between Forney and Heartland with very close proximity to I-20 and FM 741 Home features an open floor plan. As you enter this home, you are welcome to a wide entrance leading into the living room. There are 2 bedrooms to the right with a full bath between them. The third bedroom is to the left and separate from the other 2 and can be used as a bedroom or a study. Large living room and kitchen areas have wood-like flooring (ceramic tiles). Large master bedroom is separate from the other bedrooms for privacy. It has a sink and a standing shower only. Washer, dryer and refrigerator stay at no additional cost to new tenant.

Renter is responsible for all utilities and yard maintenance.
Household income must be at least 3 times rent.
Written application required for all tenant s18 yrs and older.
