5/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageCasey Middle has changed so much in just two years! When our daughter started as a 6th grader in the fall 2021, it was a mess. We almost transferred her based on the poor leadership and chaotic environment. Honoring that many of the issues were caused by COVID, it was still struggling compared with other boulder middle schools. However, the new principal, Dr. Bryant Shaw, is simply fabulous. He started in fall 2022 and his presence has completely changed the energy and culture of Casey! The teachers seem happy to be there, the students feel safe and known and he is seriously invested in the community. It's amazing what a caring, motivated principal can do in a short time. There is still work to be done to get the school back up to its pre-COVID reputation but its clearly on the right track now.Parent Review2y ago - Foothill Elementary School

8/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageMy 4th grade teacher was really mean I hope they're doing horrible my 5th grade teacher lives in my neighborhood so I can't really say anything negative about them they were pretty nice anyway tho and my third grade teacher was mean and then started not being mean I was only there for 3 year and it contributed to my mental health issues and set me up for failure or something idk my friends were really mean and I hated the principal that was probably why I hate this school so muchOther Review2y ago
