Hello! I'm looking for 1 kind and respectful, create individual to join me in my 3bd/2bth lakeside home. Would love to find another artists or musician to share a space with! My name is Gabriella, I am 27 years old, a ceramic artist with a studio with a wheel and kiln in the basement, I am happy to teach you and share the space! I also play guitar and sing a little bit!

About the Space:

You will get the downstair large room and bathroom to yourself. Room is unfurnished.

Shared living room and spacious kitchen with great natural light and plenty of storage downstairs. Appliances include refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster oven, and coffee maker. Kitchen is stocked with basic cookware, dishes, and handmade mugs feel free to bring your own items.

Unfinished basement with lots of storage, newer washer/dryer, and pottery studio.

1 year lease, starting Oct/Nov - flexible move in/move out date. Utilities included in rent.

    "Lake walk is close by and city buses stop across the road many times a day so you wouldn’t necessarily need a car for transportation. Grocery store 1 mile away from my home and 3 gas stations, Coffee shop, post office, couple restaurants, snap fitness, parks, doctors office, chiropractor and dentist all within a mile but mostly within a couple blocks! Very convenient place to live!"
