The cabin sits on 2.5 acres and is surrounded by BLM land. It is partially furnished, has a new ac window unit that works great to cool the space and a washer dryer hookup. Floors are ceramic tile. The neighborhood is quiet but safe and welcoming. Twenty minutes to the village of JT and about the same to 29 Palms. Quiet, serene and tranquil. A great writers or artists retreat.

Available July 1, 3- 6 months or longer lease at $1295/month includes water and wifi. Please do not go by property without an appointment.
