The neighborhood is quiet but safe and welcoming. Twenty minutes to the village of JT and about the same to 29 Palms. Quiet, serene and tranquil. A great writers or artists retreat.

Available July 1, 3- 6 months or longer lease at $1295/month includes water and wifi. Please do not go by property without an appointment.
