We are available this weekend to show the apartment. Open house will be Saturday, June 21, 12-4 and Sunday June 22, 1-4. We live just up the hill so please text us or call for a viewing.

Tucked away behind a garden and a small deck, this apartment has custom-built detail and a lot of charm. With southern exposure and views of the bay and San Francisco, you'll enjoy privacy in a friendly neighborhood enclave. A few blocks to the bus stop or the ferry makes for a very easy commute to San Francisco. There is access to hiking and you can grab coffee and groceries down the block.

Otherwise, the southern marin mothers group is very active here for noms of young kids and there are several fantastic private school for all educational philosophies. Overall, a great city for kids. Lots of tourist activity, but strong neighbor support. Lots of parks public spaces and restaurants that are kid friendly. "
