All bedrooms upstairs have designer touches and are nice sized. Outside you have an entertainer's dream. Built-in BBQ, mini fridge, gas firepit, pool and spa. There is also behind gates RV parking. The home has a 2-car garage, plus another single car both with epoxy floors and also comes with solar. There are too many upgraded features on this home to list.

Home has solar so electric bill will be less than normal. Owner pays for gardener and pool service but tenant will still need to do minimal upkeep on pool.
