Dimmable bathroom light uses 22 watts of energy.
Out front, the 8X20 greenhouse has 2 separate gfci protected 20 amp solar powered service lines and filtered water piping installed. The greenhouse also has motion/sound detection cameras set up and wireless temperature/humidity monitoring; all monitored remotely with our smart phones. The 4 roof vents automatically open/close based on greenhouse temperature. The 4 circulation fans are powered by 2 solar panels mounted on the roof of the greenhouse. The 6 LED grow light panels can be moved up and down, and each has an intensity adjustment for brightness. We use a hand-held quantum PAR meter to set light height and brightness for optimum plant growing needs
The back yard is completely fenced in. Back yard has 4 raised beds (3 feet off the ground to save your back) with filtered water suppled to each, for ‘square foot’ vegetable gardening. Each of 6 growing beds contains equal parts Bu’s Blend Biodynamic Compost, Coconut coir, & Vermiculite.
New (2021) 26 panel solar system (owned, not leased) with a Tesla battery (and room for a 2nd Tesla battery). New (2021) 125 amp main electrical panel and a separate solar system sub-panel installed.

    "Bonsall is on of the last remaining hidden jewels of San Diego county. Here, you enjoy the bucolic semi-rural living while yet being 15 minutes away from the stuff you want and need. This little community of 4,000 is neatly tucked into in valley 180 feet above sea level bisected by the San Luis Rey river (dry 8 months of the year) and encased by hills dotted with oak and blanketed with chaparral. In exchange for the inconvenience of being 51 miles from downtown San Diego, you will not only be rewarded with gorgeous views every day you look out the window and drive the smooth curvy country roads, but also get one of the top school districts in the area. The high school is on the tech cutting edge with small class sizes and high quality educators. By comparison, living in a similar level school district in the San Diego area will cost you at least another $300,000 on the price of your home. I had never heard of this little town when I was looking for my home, but one visit, my first, I was hooked and knew I had to live here... never look back never regretted it for a minute. Better hurry before everybody else finds out about this little Paradise! 🙂"
