Any alimony or child support that you want considered you must provide court order showing stipulation, and 2 years of proof of timely payments (copies of checks deposited). If Self-Employed, must additionally provide 2 most recent years of Income Tax Filings, and copy of 2 years bank statements.
Tenants will be required to have PROOF of Renters Insurance prior to occupancy.
