ADDITIONAL DETAILS:
- Street parking only.
- Washer/dryer in unit.
- Heat and hot water included (tenant pays electricity).
- Cats are allowed with $25 per month pet fee.
- No dogs, no exceptions!!

TO MOVE IN:
- Available mid June
- $1875 first month's rent + $1750 security deposit = $3625 cashier check or money order required up front.

    "There are lots of dogs in the neighborhood quiet roads and sidewalks to walk them. There are also trails and parks nearby. The only issue for us in our neighborhood is that there are several families that allow their dogs to be outside off leash and unfortunately our dog does not do well with other dogs."
