**Application Policy and Procedure
Each person (18 years and older) must provide a state-issued picture identification, a valid email address, and proof of income. A non-refundable application fee of $50.00 is required to run a rental, criminal, and credit check. Applications will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis. The first completed and approved applicant will need to pay the security deposit to secure their housing.

**Pet Policy and Procedure
A non-negotiable and non-refundable animal cleaning fee of $500 must be paid if applicable. Applicants must provide a picture of the animal, proof of breed, and weight (restrictions may apply), as well as up-to-date vaccination records and proof of spaying or neutering for verification with the veterinarian.

Please note that this property is not wheelchair accessible, and installation of a TV dish mounted on the house, garage, or deck is not permitted. This is a non-smoking property and does not participate in the Section 8 program.
