Freshly painted room, hardwood floor, & ceiling fan. Share the laundry, kitchen and single bathroom. There is a general fragrance ban, no candle use. There is off road parking for a careful driver with a sedan. I find this an extremely well located spot, near BART, Busses, Parks, and stores. I've owned since 1993 and have kept the place up well. I do the composting, so no obligation there. Beautiful bees and mixed plants. I do all the yard work. I work hard to keep this 1947 built home up. I have a dog, she's a good girl, but loud when folks come in and out. I live here and depend on a good renter that is securely employed. If you come here I will try hard to bring more to the place and repair the yard even more. Be employed, Regular, Introspective; Sharing, & Aware. There are a few draw backs to work on, I would love to speak to those in a phone interview. A pet is contingent. Please call!! Speak clearly & leave a clear phone # verbally for me to call back (old answering machine). Thanks.
This is a month to month & at will room in a house. An outdoor smoking section can be set up, smoker OK. Please no visitors from 9 pm to 9am. Fragrance ban makes it easier for all. No killing bugs in the yard. Utilities included, but internet is contingent. I have a lease agreement, I expect it to be followed. The rent is for as long as we wish to have it, years if needed. Shared supplies that I tend to get at Costco. I'm disabled with pain, so I also get a PG&E discount. I respect privacy, and expect the same from others. There is room on the driveway for a careful driver, but also good parking on the block behind as desired. EXTENSIVE phone interview saves everybody time, & I have another renter here..so for their privacy; a Phone interview is good to lessen the impact of visits.
