"Easily can walk to the park and there also a lake close by. Friendly neighborhood and people. Most are dog lovers, so pets are welcome to the area. All houses has gated fences and there’s even a Pet smart and a Petco on the same street which is also in walking distance. Just a great area for a new or growing family. Goods school’s for all ages pre K to high school. Great restaurants of all kind. Pretty much everything you need is in this area."

"rush hour traffic occasionally holds me up a few minutes or so but not usually. It is easy to find a public transit bus stop and is only about a 7 minute drive to bell isle shopping center & Penn Square mall."

"I’ve lived in this neighborhood for five years. Lawns and houses are kept tidy and neat. It is a working-class neighborhood. Neighbors keep to themselves and are friendly with smile and wave. It is close enough to some restaurants which allow a casual walk to and from. It is super close to the expressway and interstate which makes it very convenient to get around the city no matter what direction needed. It is extremely close to a hospital, grocery, and major department stores. The neighborhood is clean, quiet, and no incidents with stolen anything during these five years. "
