The Sunsetter is a great rental machine averaging 32K a season. $2795.plus tax a week peak summer. 2 super suites. 4 bedrooms total with 3 great bathrooms. You can go online to vrbo 303119 and see all the fantastic pictures and read the 5 star reviews. The saltwater pool is pure heaven. There are 2 kitchens! The second couple loves the privacy of the 1st. floor, my favorite!, I CALL IT 'DOWN AND OUT!. This is a MUST see!

    "The school is not properly set up for academics. Since Covid, it seems the teachers are less face teaching and more computer teaching. Sports- if you were not born here then your child will have a difficult time making teams and fitting in. It’s Daddy’s ball for sure with all sports and clubs. Drugs are in the schools so teach your child what to be careful with. "
