Our home is nestled in a bird sanctuary and family neighborhood just 1 mile from the South Venice Ferry and boat launch. Close to everything you need or want and just far enough away.

Enjoy your morning coffee on the screened Lanai overlooking your own heated pool watching the birds play among the palms lined property. A cool and comfortable sun lit living room with new reclining sofa and love seat opened to a fully appointed remodeled kitchen and dining room with every thing you need to prepare and enjoy your favorite vacation meal.

 Adjacent to the kitchen is the oversized 1 car garage with laundry area and a full bath, perfect for washing the sand off after a day at the beach.

A quiet location off of the dining room is a bright and airy office/flex space that doubles as a private guest room with a serta sleeper sofa and casper memory foam topper.

Both bedrooms have large closets and very comfortable bedding with a king and a queen. You have the option of paying for the South Venice boat ramp or ferry to a privately deeded beach just 1 mile away.

End your beach day or house hunting enjoying a drink either at your bar overlooking your private pool watching the sun dip into the west as our neighborhood flock of parrots fly by.

A short 10 min drive to the beautiful Venice and Manasota beaches and the stylish Downtown areas of Venice and Englewood. 30 minutes to Sarasota and Siesta Key or Port Charlotte. You will love it here as much as we do! References available.

    "The EastGate neighborhood is a hidden gem. There are a number of nice, older homes on good-sized lots, with many being upgraded with every new owner or already renovated. There are also many future opportunities as you look around. It's a perfect location between historic downtown Venice on the Island, and east to I-75 and the new areas being built out there. There's a Publix a block over and Venice Avenue isn't as busy as Route 41. Even with all the growth and new development, this part of Venice remains low-key and very pleasant. The homes here are a good value for the money and worth either buying and renovating, or buying an upgraded one. One of the best areas in the city that is not on the island, and my family has been here since the early 90s."
