"I have lived here in this neighborhood for seven years. I find the neighbors to be friendly, look out for each other and always willing to help if they see that you have an issue. I would recommend this neighborhood to anyone especially those with children. As each school is within walking distance, and there are many children on the neighboring streets so they could all walk together. It is peaceful at night, nothing to worry about. Great neighborhood."

"lots of kids the same age as my kids live near by. nice neighbors. no "cookie cutter" houses. each person has a decent yard, houses are not super close together "

"I’ve lived in this neighborhood for 6 years. My kids walked to school and home every day. Neighbors are friendly, Watch out for each other but are also considerate of each other’s privacy. It’s a great little town to live in and raise your children."
