Parents, PLEASE RECONSIDER sending your child to CHS due to the sheer incompetence of its administration that fails to address pressing issues such as bullying, academic shortcomings, and facility maintenance, creating an unsafe and unsupportive environment for students. They would rather act like police officers. Bullying is a pervasive problem at CHS and the administration's lack of action only exacerbates the issue. Despite numerous complaints from students, parents, and staff, the administration has failed to prioritize facility improvements, further underscoring their incompetence.Extracurricular activities, which play a crucial role in student development and engagement, are sorely lacking at Cleburne High The administration's failure to invest in extracurricular programs deprives students of valuable opportunities for personal growth, leadership development, and social interaction outside of the classroom.The toxic culture that pervades CHS can be directly attributed to the administration's inability to foster a positive and inclusive learning environment. My experience with Smith Middle School, now Smith Intermediate, has been a good one over the years. Many great student leaders got their start at this school. The teachers genuinely care for their students and plan fun interactive lessons to spur the best possible learning opportunities. I have had one child go through this school, and she loved her teachers. We have a reputation for a great fine arts program. Our principals are creative and inspiring. Love Smith!

My child has been at Coleman elementary school for 4 years. There are teachers at Coleman who mean well but if a child falls behind there is nobody to help them. We work hard at home and I have tried to communicate issues to teachers via email it takes 3days for a response! My child has gone on field trips with no notice or permission slip sent home to sign!!! I had no idea they had gone untill my child told me after school. The school is a mess. Nothing matters here except for state testing and scores.

This school is horrible. The teachers here don't care about your mental health, and all the kids are doing drugs or cutting themselves on the wrist. I went here for 2 years and I hate it. There are so many fights and so many kids being guns to the school. Always vaping in the bathroom. The teachers do nothing about fighting. The only good thing about the school is the cop he's nice. But even the water they have there is sometimes brown and it tastes and smells like chlorine.
