The home has a water softener system and a water purification attachment at the kitchen sink. Sun comes up through the kitchen area and sets at the front of the home.

Renter pays water, water maintenance for filtered system (add salt bags) , electricity, clogged plumbing, damage to property. it is a non smoking home. A contract will be required to sign upon agreement.

    "Dog owners often do not leash their dogs. Lots of college students have dogs run out of their house into the street. Too many dog owners do not pick up after their dog and will leave poop on your yard. Dog park is 5 minutes away: nighttime is the busiest time. "
