Bright and large family room with a large new picture window. 2020 kitchen remodel including: all new appliances, flooring and additional shelving. New high efficiency furnace in 2018 along with complete insulation upgrade for the entire house. Dry, generous basement with front loading washer/dryer. We have raised beds for organic gardening, blueberry and raspberry bushes and perennial beds in front yard. Large driveway and detached 2-car garage. This is a wonderful family-oriented neighborhood. Ten-minute walk to the bike path and lakeside sandy beaches, two blocks from Flynn Elementary School, short walk to 5(!) playgrounds, and Derway trail along the Winooski River. Bus stop at the end of the block for easy access to downtown Burlington’s amenities and the New North End Hannaford’s, the Bagel cafe, Bessery’s Market and much more. As mentioned above, we will be having scheduled showings. Face masks required and will ask that you sanitize upon entry. Pre-approval letters required and serious buyers only.

There is a grocery store, hardware store, pediatricians office, kids dentist and a could restaurants within a five minute drive (15-20 min walk). And the elementary school is just around the block. "
