You have in unit laundry/dishwasher and a back exit to large back yard. Resident is responsible for heat, electric, and internet, the landlord covers the water/sewer/plowing/dumpster/landscaping. I look for gross monthly income of 3x the rent and a credit score of over 600. If interested please provide some further information about yourself. No smoking and could possibly consider a pet. I do a non-refundable move in fee of $500 in lieu of a security deposit
