Unfinished basement has interior and exterior access. Previous contract fell apart just DAYS before closing! Buyers loss is your gain!

You can walk to Two convenience stores and a few restaurants, a comic shop, a brew pub and a few other things. Far enough away from Asheville to be enjoyable but close enough to get there if nerd be.
