This sunny, upper floor apartment has lot's of windows and overlooks a pretty, tree lined yard. There's one off-street parking space allocated for each unit. Heat and hot water are not included in the rent but electricity is. The bedroom is large and features an office alcove that could also make for some great extra storage space. The kitchen is big enough for a high-top cafe table and chairs and there's laundry in the building. All that plus a pretty, open yard in this great little Arlington Heights neighborhood.
