About this House

Very nice furnished studio beach apartment located on quiet walk street that is steps to beach.
Full kitchen, wood floors, 50" TV, Internet, Cable TV, Fast WIFI, comfy queen bed, and a small private balcony.

Walk to the Pier and shops 2 blocks away.

No parking is included, but we can rent a parking space from a neighbor for $250 per month, also plenty of free parking all over. No onsite laundry either, unfortunately.

Looking for a month-to-month (up to 3 months) rental, not a year term.

Must have good credit and rental/work references.
Sorry no pets

We can do a month-to-month rental, or even just a single month.
$2950 per month for the summer months. After September 1st the rent goes down to $2350 month.
$150 exit cleaning fee
Looking for quite professional person.
We are not looking to rent long-term..1-3 months.
