About this House

Beautiful, spacious 2 bed, 2 bath apartment in New Hudson. Vaulted ceilings, functional gas fireplace, balcony, ample parking spots, in-unit laundry, walk-in closet, and the complex has a nice pool, fitness center, recreational lounge, and tennis court. We are moving due to a new job and need to find a subleaser to take over our lease from November 1st until July 2025.

Apartment is very pet friendly. Great location right off of I-96, conveniently located near Walmart, Lowe's, Tractor Supply, and a few great restaurants!

Need subleaser from November 1st until lease ends in July 2025. We have already paid the security deposit, and won't make the new subleaser pay for it. I must move for a job and need to vacate quickly.

Maintenance staff is extremely responsive and fixes any issues within 24 hours.

Cats, dogs, etc are allowed and welcome.

Affordable monthly fee for sewage, trash, etc. Renter must pay for DTE and Consumers, as well as cable/internet, very standard stuff.

"I’ve been here 35 years and ready to move, it was a nice area back in the day now it’s to busy busy. Once was a time you could see deer and turkeys, pheasant all around. People here are :-(( out here now rush rush rush speed limits are to fast and don’t live on a rural street it’s 55mph crazy. Enough said. "
