It’s very calm and close to a lot of places including two parks one small and one closer to Hawaiian falls easy trip to walk there though either on bike or simply walking a dog. The neighbors are mostly friendly and often wave at you when you get your mail or work in the yard. Most folks also know their neighbors numbers and regularly call and offer to help in times of crisis or emotional hardship. Pets are very safe here and the neighborhood kids seem to pay special attention to pets that are walked reglularly. If you lose a pet, the kids will likely remember where she belongs and bring her home. Free pecans are readily available in the Coomer park orchards and relaxing nature walks are a few steps away for most of the residents. Traffic noise is low and the mature trees offer shade and privacy through the beautiful seasons of the year. I highly reccomend putting your thoughts into this hidden paradise. "
