Central location with quiet neighborhood close to the mall. Large fenced back yard with sprinkler system and storage building. Updated kitchen with new cabinets and granite counters, dishwasher, microwave, and stove but no refrigerator. Clothes washer and dryer connections available. House is all electric and renter pays electricity and water. Trash pick up is included in the water bill. No smoking allowed. Pets are allowed. Non-refundable pet deposit of $250 per pet. Deposit and first month rent must be paid in full prior to moving in. Mowing and edging the lawn is required of tenant every 2 weeks during growing season or it will be hired by owner and charged to the tenant. Rent is due on the 1st with grace period until the 4th. On the 5th a late fee of $5/day is charged and added to rent.
