The Premises are delivered in clean, sanitary, and habitable condition. Tenant agrees to maintain the interior and exterior areas of the home in similar condition throughout the lease term, except for normal wear and tear. Tenant shall promptly report any repair or maintenance needs.
Use of Premises:
The Premises shall be used solely as a private residence for Tenant and approved occupants. No subletting, short-term rentals, or business use is permitted without written consent from the Landlord.
Utilities:
Tenant shall pay a monthly utility fee of $150 which covers water, sewer, and trash services.
Yard and Exterior Maintenance:
Tenant is responsible for routine upkeep of the yard and outdoor areas, including mowing, snow removal, and maintaining a clean exterior environment that complies with city regulations.
Parking:
Parking on unpaved areas is not permitted.
Occupancy Limit:
No more than 5 occupants may reside on the Premises without Landlord's written approval, in accordance with local occupancy laws.
Pets:
