Located in a quiet, brand-new subdivision, this home is minutes from the loop and offers easy access to downtown Temple, Baylor Scott and White Medical Center, and the data center in Rosebud. It's also conveniently close to Temple College and neighboring communities.
Quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 7 AM. Smoking is not allowed, and any violation will incur a $500 penalty plus cleaning costs. Parties or events are not allowed without host approval, and a $1000 party fine will be imposed if not abided by. Undisclosed pets will incur an additional $50 per pet per day penalty. Guests must sign and return a rental agreement 48 hours prior to check-in. For stays longer than 1 month, guests agree to a background check. Guests will be charged for any damage to the property. Guests staying the night before trash pick-up day are responsible for wheeling the bin to the curb and bringing it back after pickup. Self check-in is available with a keypad code provided upon completion of the guest check-in app.
The primary bedroom includes a walk-in closet with hangers and a storage shelf. The second and third bedrooms also feature walk-in closets with hangers and storage shelves.
