Parking is provided in the driveway only and is limited to a maximum of two (2) vehicles. The driveway is primarily configured for two vehicles; if three vehicles are kept on the property, tandem parking may be required. Garage parking is not included, and the garage is designated for storage only.

Dogs may be considered with prior written approval. Any approved dog must be properly trained and not cause damage or nuisance.

Minimum lease term is 3 months

Each adult applicant (18 years of age or older) must complete an application and meet screening requirements. Screening includes income verification, credit review, rental history, and background screening consistent with applicable law.

Rent is due on the first day of each month. Security deposit is refundable in accordance with Utah law, less any lawful deductions for damages or unpaid amounts.

Owner will provide notice prior to entry as required by Utah law, except in cases of emergency.

Tenant agrees not to engage in unlawful activity on or around the premises.
