Description

Kitchen comes furnished with a stainless steel electric stove and a stainless steel refrigerator. Kitchen cabinets were custom built. There are two built in pullouts, one on the left of the stove and one on the right of the stove to keep your spices, seasoning, basically anything you need to cook with. All cabinet doors have the “no slam” hinges so they close quietly on their own. Kitchen countertops are granite.
The home was originally a 3 bedroom, but was converted to 2 bedrooms to make the master larger. Master bedroom is a large L-shape with a walk-in closet on one end and a smaller closet at the other end of the room. This bedroom also features a custom built-in shelf for shoes that cover the entire back wall ending next to the small walk-in closet.
Bathrooms: 1 full bath with tub and shower combo and the 1/2 bath is in the master bedroom.
Laundry room does come fully equipped with washing machine and dryer. The hot water heater is 50 gallon capacity and is natural gas powered so you still have hot water if the electricity goes out.
The carport storage shed is 7.5ft long and 5ft wide. There is also a 12x16 portable building in the backyard which is color matched to the house. The locks are keyed alike for the portable building and the carport storage shed. Every window in the house was replaced with new double pane thermal windows.
All of the legal paperwork for purchasing and closing on the home will be done through the Law Firm of Dowden & Smith with Chuck Dowden.
The “As-is” asking price is $150,000 obo. Price includes all appliances and the portable building in the back yard. Motivated seller and open to realistic offers.

I haven’t had any complaints about my neighbors and vise versa. They have a lawn crew who comes about every 2 weeks or so and does and excellent job. Just move your plants and other items if you are someone who loves to garden because they sometimes get very close to the flowers. Other than that the kids play at the pool and parks and overall we have friendly neighbors."
