"No sidewalks. Few streetlights. Turns to gravel. Most dogs are contained. Some cars drive too fast. There are some big dogs."
  • Danny Cranford
"It’s a 10 to 15 min commute to 95, but it’s very easy and very convenient. Getting to route 1 is very easy and does not require much effort. The only bad thing is if it’s traffic then you are typically stuck and not able to get out. I work about 25 min from here but it’s an easy going commute for me and a peaceful commute. Besides that I don’t have any other complaints about the commute within Stafford county. We would definitely love to see a lot more restaurants and a lot more attractions within this area. Route 1 in stafford could use a lot more restaurant and attractions as well. Currently all you see on route 1 in stafford is old buildings and a lot of car dealerships which takes away from having more attractions in this area. "
  • Jessie Kauffman
"No community pool or open spaces for kids to play. A lot of cars drive through the neighborhood especially in the mornings. Traffic from the high school backs up all into the entrance of the neighborhood in front of peoples homes."
  • Dmordan04
"Plenty of common areas and sidewalks for dog walking. Yards a little small for people with dogs that like to run"
  • Rob P.

"there are no sidewalks and traffic is miserable. there are some parks, but not a lot, and really very little to do that doesnt involve driving to fredericksburg at the very least"
  • Nathan P.
"I see people out walking their dogs everyday. The neighborhood I live in is very safe and welcoming of pets of all kinds."
  • David
"Easy access to highway. Rail station and HOV park and ride make commuting simple. 15mins to Quantico, 45mins to Pentagon City. "
  • L.gepner
"Dog owners as myself, would like the speed limit to be enforced!! It’s dangerous walking or biking or for kids to play here in Aquia Harbor. We have no sidewalks or streetlights.. speed limit is NOT enforced.. my dog was hit by a car and killed by a neighbors car who was driving over 55 mph in a 25 mph .. I hate the drivers here.. "
  • Megs
"It’s I95. It’s the worst traffic in the United States. You can carpool so you take the EZ Pass for free, but we avoid any traveling on the weekends because it’s so bad."
  • Cortessa J.

"My neighbor is a very busy place it seems to it’s like a stop over for people who travel north for better pay but for people who travel south it could be sometimes pretty bad that is why I would like to move towards Fredericksburg or even Spotsylvania "
  • Ljas20120
