Home is low fragrance, residents CANNOT USE air fresheners, perfume, chemical scents, cologne, body spray, candles, scented detergent, dryer sheets or other chemical products.
Since renovation in 2022 the home has been inhabited by fragrance free and/or low fragrance individuals and no pets, prior to the renovation the home was unoccupied for quite some time.
The yard has a permaculture design with fruit and berry plantings include blueberries, apples, oranges, pears, persimmons, mulberries, pecans, hazelnuts, figs and loquats.
This home is part of a 4.5 acre ecological housing community for people that are environmentally conscious, natural types, and low fragrance called Southeast Georgia Ecological Community, a sister company of Syracuse Green Housing.
Our new community has large yards for each house, some woods, a wildflower meadow and a walking trail. Mowing is done part of the time by an all electric, no fumes mower. Most of the staff and workers are fragrance free.
Heating and cooling of the home is through a new energy efficient, ductless, mini split HVAC system.

Brooklet, Georgia is a quaint, safe and quiet town known for an outstanding school system that many parents are grateful to have as the school for their children.
Downtown Brooklet is peaceful, quiet, and has some small, family, restaurants and businesses. There is a small outdoor produce market in Brooklet.
Nearby Statesboro has a year-round weekly drive-through/curbside farmer's market, a half year Saturday farmers market, small health food store, and local restaurants that offer gluten free and vegan options.
Savannah is less than an hour away with a large Whole Foods, vegan restaurants, well stocked Brighter Day Natural Foods and a huge Saturday farmer's market.
High speed Internet is available through fiber-optic lines that plug directly into your computer without the need for a Wi-Fi router.
Credit check required, eviction history required, copy of government ID required.
Nonrefundable pet deposit of $200, pets are $35 each per month. Not all pets are approved, proof of pet liability insurance is required for some pets before moving in.
Pet based interview required, including an interview with previous landlord about how the pet behaved in the previous home.
Utilities are not included. Georgia Power provides electricity and the smart meter can be removed and replaced by an analog meter for $19 a month; Water is supplied by the City Of Brooklet, a water quality report available on the Brooklet city website; septic system in the backyard. No underground natural gas service or gas lines are available in theCity Of Brooklet.
