About this House

I have a 3 bedroom 1 1/2 bath house for rent on East 12th Street in downtown Rome. It is 1/3 of a mile to the YMCA, Kroger, Broad Street, Barnes & Noble, Outback, etc. This home has been completely remodeled and is one of our largest and most unique properties. There is newly installed central heat and air which is all electric, a new full size Maytag Bravos washer and dryer set in the laundry room, and a newer set of appliances in the kitchen which include: side by side refrigerator, glass top stove, dishwasher, and above range microwave. It has a custom kitchen with granite counter tops and mosaic tile backsplash, dining room, living room, huge laundry room with tons of storage, 3 very large bedrooms, 1.5 full tile bathrooms, front porch, rear deck, concrete patio, and extremely large back and side yard that are partial fenced for privacy. Most importantly the neighbors are extremely nice and laid back.
Regarding pets, there is a one time non-refundable fee per pet that is half of one month's rent.

If you are interested in signing something other than a 1 year lease, we offer longer lease terms for a discounted rate and shorter lease terms for an increased rate.
