Rent includes lawn care and snow removal. Tenants are responsible for all other utilities. Parking is an attached 2 car garage with a small parking driveway in front of that garage. Upper units include a covered private balcony and lower units have a small patio available at their side door. Pets considered, with signed pet agreement. $100/month/pet rent and $100/pet deposit required.

    "Wonderful neighborhood. The elementary school is in my backyard so my kids walk to school, but even better in the summers because they have the school playground. Walking distance to near by shopping. Neighbors are friendly. By far the best neighborhood that my 4 kids have lived in. We love love love Eau Claire in general. Trust me....we've had to move to different states a lot for my husbands job. I told my husband I want to stay here until all our kids are out on their own. This neighborhood gets an A+ rating from this family."
